The video moves between the raw intensity of training sessions and quieter moments of preparation and reflection, creating a comprehensive portrait of what it means to pursue physical and mental strength.

This is an innovative design project that reimagines star charts through the lens of cultural discovery and future possibilities. Born from personal stargazing experiences and a fascination with stellar energy, this project envisions a distant future where humans can select and purchase energy from different stars, rated on a 1-5 star system similar to today's appliance energy ratings.
